BIBLICAL DATING IN A SECULAR WORLD
There is no denying it, dating these days is no easy feat. In a culture where the norm is situationships over relationships, hook-ups instead of dinner dates, and terms like ghosting, love bombing, and gaslighting are rampant, it begs the question, where are Christian singles supposed to meet other like-minded individuals? That's where The Well comes in! We create events that bring Christian singles together in one place, to create organic connections and hopefully lead to God honoring relationships.
Our events
Each month we will organize different opportunities for singles to interact, whether it be mixers, speed dating, or special events. We will do our best to keep it at a 50:50 ratio and we will partner with churches around the city to bring together singles from all over. These events are all about creating connections and community in a fun, social environment, while taking some of the pressure off by going into this knowing that everyone there shares your same beliefs. who we are for
Churches often have wonderful events/life groups for young adults (18-29) and married couples, but what about the rest of us? What about the wonderful singles who are over 30, who are still looking for the right partner, but struggle to find groups and community that create opportunities for them to do so. That's all about to change, because The Well's primary focus is singles ages 30-45!
That being said, we are very intentional about connecting Christian singles who are ready for a serious relationship. This is not a casual dating environment or for people who mark "Christian" on their dating profiles but haven't stepped foot in a church for years. The Well is for those who are regular church goers, love The Word, and are dating to marry. If you are frustrated with the modern dating scene, apps, missionary dating, etc., then The Well is for you!
